The company’s new coffee bean tracking feature will allow stakeholders to identify the origin of the coffee beans used to make their morning brew. To drive this initiative, The Beanery is hiring four full-time positions to track coffee bean shipments to store locations nationwide. These staff members will be responsible for communicating with The Beanery’s suppliers and issuing quarterly reports on crop yields, the quality of shipments, and the impact on local communities.
